Inequality Uniform
Visibility that transforms.
In Brazil, 70% of female soccer players work while they play. This double shift significantly increases the risk of stress, burnout, sleep disorders, and other mental health conditions that affect much of society's invisibility.
Inequality Uniform is here to change that.
A hybrid uniform that combines the player's jersey with the profession she needs to practice to survive. Created for the Brazilian Women's Soccer Institute, the project transforms an impossible-to-ignore visual symbol into a powerful statement about the reality of women's soccer in Brazil. The hybrid uniform was created to show, in a way that cannot be ignored, that for many athletes, the game never really ends.
The campaign expanded across different media and spaces, bringing the hybrid uniforms to streets, stores, and digital platforms. Each touchpoint reinforced the same message: the invisible reality of Brazilian women's soccer players deserved to be seen.
Because visibility is the first step toward change.
